What we collect

When you log in with Discord we receive your Discord ID, username, and avatar. That is the only personal data we store. We do not see your email, password, or messages, and we never post anything to your Discord account.

How we use it

Your username and avatar are shown on tournament pages you register for, so other players can see who is competing. Staff use your Discord ID to match your registration to your in-game results and to pay out prizes.

Leaderboards

Tournament leaderboards are powered by Yunite, the Discord bot used in the Sudak Customs server. Leaderboard data comes from Yunite and follows their privacy policy as well.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. No ad trackers, no analytics cookies, nothing sold to anyone.

Removing your data

Unregister from a tournament and your name comes off its player list. If you want all of your data deleted, ask a staff member in the Discord server and we will remove it.
